The club has put in place the required minimum start-up governance documents for the club. In the first year, it is planned that special sessions to internalize these documents will be carried out. The board will be well oriented to their use as well as ensuring that members are familiar with the club strategic plan, the club bylaws and others. The club will be introduced to the club governance checklist early to strengthen their foundation more.
RC Bukeerere has no sponsor club but a committee of experienced Rotarians from diverse clubs to provide ongoing support and mentorship. We are grateful to the Rotarians who have agreed to service from RC Bweyogerere Namboole. RC Kyambogo, RC Kampala Naalya (AG), RC Kampala Platinum, RC Kampala Central, RC Buloba, Rotaract Kampala North, Rotaract Bweyogerere Namboole, RC Mbalwa, RC Mukono, RC Sonde, RC Thane Titans D3142, RC Toronto Canada D7070. More friendship clubs will join this committee. These club members will share best practices from their clubs s well as act as mentors in the club
